The Ticket-Onlineshop (TOS) is a shop software solution developed by Eventim, primarily used by BuLi clubs like Dortmund, St. Pauli, Hamburg, and other venues. It enables these organizations to sell event tickets under their own branding, providing a seamless and customized ticketing experience for fans.

What is the Datenheim TOS Module?

The Datenheim TOS Module is an extension for the Datenheim software that automatically adds tickets to the cart, allowing you to proceed to checkout with ease.

Which shops are covered by this module?

This module covers all clubs that use the TOS system. You can find a complete list on the supported shops page. Please note that some clubs restrict ticket sales exclusively to their members, and we have not implemented login functionality for all clubs. If needed, you can request login functionality via support ticket, which typically takes 3-5 working days to process.

Which ticketing modes are supported by this module?

The module allows participation in initial sales for both home and away tickets. Additionally, it can be used for purchases on the secondary market.

What is the difference between the TOS and the QUEUE-IT Module?

The TOS Module is an "Add to Cart" tool that automatically adds tickets from your task file directly to your cart, allowing you to proceed to checkout. In contrast, the QUEUE-IT Module creates multiple sessions in the waiting room (similar to using multiple devices). Once a session passes the queue, you receive a notification, enabling you to access the shop directly to start seat selection and checkout.
